FANTASTIC FORSYTH GARDENS featuring THE BIG DIG

Wow!
We came, we got together and we gardened!
We had glorious weather for our Getting-Involved-Grant-funded THE BIG DIG.

The day in statistics:
32 volunteers;
Aged from 3 up to.....?!?;
6 dogs;
22 sandwiches;
14 kitkats;
8 penguin biscuits;
16 bags of crisps;
3 litres of pop;

3 cartons of juice;
2 flasks of coffee;
4 new beds dug, and planted with each group creating their own planting plan;
4 existing beds weeded and brought back to life;
3 wildflower beds sown with bee-friendly plants;
1 epic community brought together.

Well done everyone - you are amazing!
