OUR SUMMER EVENT WAS A GREAT SUCCESS!!!

A big THANK YOU to all who helped to organise this wonderful FREE event to celebrate the Churchward House Greening Project and for all the tenants and residents who came along to help make this a really special day for the community!

It was a brilliant day!!!  Look out for the next one!!!

With Special Thanks to guests:-  Our local Vicar from St Paul.s Church, Councillor Neil Coyle (who also assisted with a grant from the North Southwark Environmental Trust), Councillor Simon Hughes, The Safer Neighbourhoods Team, The Community Wardens, Redwood Consulting (regarding the new Elephant and Castle redevelopment)

With Special Thanks to volunteers:  TRA Committee and members, Oli for his delicious cakes, Melissa and Helen, John and Charlie for set up, Jenny for the clay modelling and Sarah for the face painting, balloons and decorations and to everyone else not mentioned here thanks too!

And with Special Thanks to the Juma Steel band who kept the rain at bay with their beautiful happy summer music!
