Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) is on the 6th March at 7.30 at St Paul's Church, Lorrimore Square.

The AGM was to have been held in November last year but this was cancelled by Southwark Council at the last minute. Please come and take part - it is important that you do come as we need as many people there so that we keep our funding and because we will be electing a committee to carry on the work of the Association to improve area where you live.

There's also a lot to talk about:

  • The TRA is working on making a concreted area on Lorrimore Road in to a green space.

  • We need to set plans in place for the Annual Summer Picnic in Lorrimore Square - should we make it a celebration for the Queen's Diamond Jubilee? We might be able to get additional funding for this.

  • There's also our ongoing campaign to establish Lorrimore Square as a Protected Green Space to prevent it being built on.

Our Resident Services Officer from Southwark Council, Suzanne Matthews, will be there so it's an ideal opportunity to talk about issues with her.

Put the time and date in your diary. It's a great way to meet your neighbours.

Refreshments will be provided.
